Our continued vision is to offer high quality care for all our patients. Our aim is to:
Build on the quality and care we currently offer our patients.
Be the practice of choice for patients and staff.
Maintain our reputation with CQC
Maintain our reputation with our peers and colleagues
Learn from each other to improve quality standards across all sites
Explore how we can offer an extended range of services to patients
The NHS 5 year forward plan will see practices work together to meet the needs of their population. By becoming one organisation we can also meet the challenges of changes to primary care funding and the current difficulties in recruiting GPs. As partners we are extremely positive about the change and see it as an opportunity to create a sustainable environment in which all 3 sites can flourish whilst maintaining the individuality of each site. We are proud to be working together and with our staff and patients to maintain and improve the health and wellbeing of patients and residents from Brentry through to Avonmouth. We have set up an email account for patient queries: email@example.com
Thank you for your continued support.
