HOME PAGEIncrease Font Size Decrease Font Size Welcome to Bradgate Surgery’s Website. We are the GP surgery for all your healthcare needs in Henbury, Brentry and surrounding areas. We provide a full range of primary care services from our surgery at The Crow roundabout. The practice covers the areas of: Brentry, Henbury, Southmead and Westbury on Trym. However, we also have patients who live in the areas of Coombe Dingle, Hallen, the top of Long Cross, Easter Compton and parts of Henleaze. If you are moving house or wish to join the practice please ask us whether your address will be in our catchment area.
4YP AWARDBradgate Surgery in Henbury is the first doctor’s surgery in Bristol to be given a ‘Young People Friendly’ award. ‘Young People Friendly‘ is an NHS initiative that aims to encourage young people to feel more confident in using health services and to get the award, services need to demonstrate that they are welcoming to all young people aged 11-19. Sharron Norman, Practice Manager from Bradgate Surgery said: “For us, being young people friendly has meant not just listening to what young people think about our service, but putting their ideas into action. We had feedback from teen mystery shoppers, a virtual young people’s group that we set up and also a survey with teenage parents . One of the young people who mystery shopped the surgery said “What was good about Bradgate was that the nurse took time to talk through all of the choices available to me and helpfully highlighted sections of a health leaflet for me to take away.”
